I have stay there before -- they are very helpful - but the room is not to clean - I had executive room- bedroom carpeting floor - they did not vacuum at all days I was there ! I ask the cleaner gentleman to vacuum, allergy to dust!! never clean!!

This was a truly stand out hotel - totally exceptional! Fabulous architecture and beautiful, convenient location. Staff were super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was superb - fresh fruit, traditional bread and foods, beautiful fresh juices and more! As a regular world traveller - this hotel goes right to the top of the list - outstanding!!

Love the location of this gem of a hotel. Beautiful architecture and ambience. The staff was very helpful and kind. We were so exhausted from our red eye flight and they had the room ready for us to check in and rest. The room was clean and breakfast fresh and delicious with great jazz music playing. We were able to leave our bags after check out till our pick up . Transportation was arranged to and from the airport with Dani who was very cheerful and kind. Thank- you for a beautiful experience.

"Don't be fooled by the name - this is NOT an airport hotel. It is very close to the airport grounds, but it is on the other side of the airport from the entrance and exit. To get to the hotel, you have to take a shuttle all the way around the exterior of the airport, a 15 minute drive in no traffic ..."
