Cerrillos Vacation Packages

This was a super cheap place to sleep when I unexpectedly had to spend the night in Las Vegas. It's a little sketchy, but the room was reasonably clean. The woman at the desk was chatty and friendly, but seemed to struggle to figure out how to properly check people in. The clientele were kind of sketchy looking, and the outside of the motel clearly wasn't cleaned up very often. I wouldn't stay here again, but it could have been a lot worse.

Friendly, Welcoming staff. Nice room, very clean, attractively decorated in Southwestern style. Comfortable beds.

We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned. The bed was unmade and the room reaked of nicotine and smoke. We asked for a different room and the staff gladly reassinged us to a different room upstairs. The hall was filthy; coffee spill on the floor, debri all the way down the hall. The room window frame was broken and the window was open so it was difficult to shut the window. The tile was patched here and there on the bathroom floor and the base board didn't cover the sheetrock. They said they were renovating the place, so it is understandable. The towels were rough and you could exfoliate your whole body with them!. No coffee in the room. No elevator, it is only 2 floors so it was fine for us, but I just hope no disabled people or elderly stay there. The staff were very nice and accomodating.

Very convenient and quiet? Excellent staff and customer service.

Good price and location. Rooms are tired. Very loud window AC unit. Elevator out. Restaurant food good, service very slow. Hotel needs to be refreshed
