There was little bit noise coming through A/C or heating system, couldn’t figure it out as I was there for only one night.other than that noise, everything else was pretty good. "This hotel is beautiful and located in the heart of Barcelona. The staff was extremely friendly and all spoke excellent English. They offered up plenty of information about the gorgeous city and its sites. The hotel room was very clean and spacious. We had the extra cot which really could be considered a twin-size bed. The mattress was comfortable, clean, and smelled wonderful. Front desk staff was able to secure an early check-in time and the room was available immediately. The elevators are a little different as you have to request them on the touch screen outside, but it works to control overcrowding. Check-out was a breeze and they have a wonderful little coffee shop and restaurant with friendly staff in the lobby. "
