"Lovely place - beautiful grounds which are expertly and lovingly cared for by a local, master Gardner. Our accommodation was basic, clean, and lovely - Upper block which meant some meandering from Fanari Rd but so easily accessible from the main rd going into Lassi and Argostoli. We loved the beautiful views, the hospitality, the nice little bar with a library (!) and reasonably priced drinks. We didn't partake of the pool but I should mention that everything is spotless. "We loved everything about the hotel and the stay - staff in particular were absolutely wonderful, gorgeous pool and rooms were lovely. Only thing we hadn’t realised was just how close it was to the airport with planes flying right overhead. That said there were not many planes at all, maybe 7 or so a day so it wasn’t a problem."

"nice hotel in a quiet beach area away from the port, although conveniently walkable along the seafront path. Please note I was upgraded to a room in the hotel rather than the room I booked so this is not a review of the basic garden room. This hotel did try to get credit card details from me "for security" despite having paid in full, in advance, but to their credit when I challenged it they did back down."
