Fantastic. Its rare that I get surprised by hotel but Old Town customer service, status and design of the rooms really knocked my socks off. The staff was so kind and attentive, I’ve never seen anything like it at this style of hotel. Hats off to the whole team.

Very nice and clean very respectful people and staff I really enjoyed the bar all the time very good dish the 2 bedroom is very spacious I will definitely be coming again I can’t wait to come back,security is on top and everything is very well organized

Everything was clean and nice, staff was excellent and friendly. Breakfast was varied and made fresh every day (bread, eggs, local juice, fruit). Room was clean and a good size for local accomodations. We had room #2 which had the balcony and faced the street so there was occasional traffic noise if you're sensitive to that (we were fine). Shout out to Luis and Lucia whom made our stay comfortable and welcoming. Airport 'shuttle' was by taxi or rideshare for us, arranged by the hotel, $35 per ride.
