"Cute house. Needs some better pots and pans (scratched teflon). Grill was not worth the try. Need blinds on back door. Was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Seems to be a new rental and a few things to iron out. Would and probably will stay there again"

"My daughter love Hartwell and minimalism so we had her wedding at the Botanical gardens. This was her mother and my house for the weekend and we entertained the whole wedding party (10 folks) easily for dinner for a couple of evenings. Very quiet. Very well supplied. One lil family stayed an evening with us and the baby enjoyed the deck with us and the walks to the water to throw rocks. Our dogs were worn to a frazzle walking back and forth to the water. THAT WAS A BLESSING AS WELL!!! Wife...

"The property is in a quiet area, on the water and very close to a boat launch. Great for relaxing and entertaining. Relatively close to stores, resteraunts. Very comfortable. Only down side is only one of the three bedrooms has a closet. Would definitely stay again."

"This property is amazing. The host's attention to detail is unmatched. Not only is the house and it's amenities very well thought out, but also the quiet location is so relaxing. It is within a couple of miles to the Devil's Fork landing on Lake Jocassee. The house is exceptionally clean, very well stocked, and up-to-date. "We were attending at Clemson football game with family- our sons, daughters in law and grandchildren. House was well stocked with games for the kids, life jackets etc to go in the lake. Sleeping arrangements worked out well. Location is fantastic- close but quiet & peaceful. The only negative is that the driveway is very steep. "
