Châteaux à Centre de l’Indiana

« Checked in after mid night. I booked a double queen room. Front staff initially not present, but showed up. He said another staff member overbooked those rooms, so he could only offer a king bed room. I had no options late at night, and cancellation policy so we took it. Not a huge deal in that case due to it being late and only 2 of us, but essentially Expedia reservation type was not honored by the staff. No credit card or DL needed at check in so it was fast. Didn't see an elevator, so used...

« The pool was freezing and there was clear signs of water damage and mold in the ceiling above the pool. Everything else was good the pool was just very horrible. »

« Staff was very friendly, parking is good. Would have been nice to have an elevator versus the stairs when taking luggage up to and down from the room. Other than that if I’m back in the area will look into another stay »

« Checked into hotel at 1:30am. I reserved a non smoking 2 queen bed room. Opened the door and reaked of smoke. We must have received a smoking room. Will not stay at again »

« I arrived and was told my room had been sold, even though there were NO cars in the parking lot. The smell in the office was atrocious and the attendant was struggling to communicate with me, little English apparently. He seemed to be trying to sell me a different room but the looks and atmosphere of the place and his demeanor were so awful I told him I was not interested in a different room. He told me to go on the website and cancel, and when I did, he had marked me as a no show. »

« Room looked clean but everything was sticky (all furniture, and even carpet!) and there was trash in corners and in between furniture. Thermostat was set on 68 - I turned it up to 76 and 5 hours later it was 71 degrees - I turned it OFF and 7 hours later it was 73 degrees...something's not right! »

« La sra de recepción muy amable también los jóvenes de la limpieza, pero lo que no me gustó es que la tapa de la taza del baño estaba bien vieja sucia y fea, apestaba mucho a drenaje cada vez que abría las llaves del baño incluso ubo un apagón y toda la tarde del jueves y toda la noche y toda la mañana del viernes no tuvimos luz, el papel igienico se desbarataba del mismo royo gracias a dios traía toallitas húmedas y se escuchaba todo el alboroto en el pozo de arriba que brincaban corrían y como...
