« Great location in Bayfield. Comfortable bed. House keeping staff were friendly and helpful. Front reception day staff not very friendly or approachable. Bathroom floor cracked- needs to be replaced. Room was 60 degrees when we arrived. Could not adjust temperature. Fireplace would not heat room. It was like staying in a refrigerator. »

« This establishment should not be rated more than 1 star. I have been in 2 star hotels that are way better than that. For the price I paid, it is definitely not worth it. For a few dollars more, you could get a 4 star hotel. I would not price this hotel more than $100. They overcharge because Grand Bend is a hip place to go. »
