Historic Santa Maria Inn

"Room was clean, simple decor, good location. I did ask for extra towels. I didn’t check the blow dryer until I wanted to use it and was bummer that it didn’t work. Didn’t have time to ask the front desk as we had to check out, but if we were staying a 2nd night I would have asked them to provide another one. The price was good so I’d stay there again. Elevators a little slow."

"The hotel was fully booked so there was no option for early check in. When we eventually came back to check in at 3pm, there was quite a line we had to wait about 25 minutes because our room was still being cleaned. Overall, we had an excellent stay. It was so conveniently close to the beach and to a shopping/food center. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Big bonus was no extra charge for pets."
Edgewater Inn And Suites

"Traveled with family. The rooms were clean but old and run down. Bathroom doors didn’t close/lock properly. But other wise good for the price and close to main pismo boardwalk. One of the mini fridges wasn’t working but not a big issue. Nice to have microwaves and the idea of a mini fridge for drinks and left overs overall pretty decent. Small snack, continental breakfast. Which was simple but nice."

"Our room was very clean and equipped with everything. The property was well maintained and convenient. The Breakfast was the best we had in a long time. Variety options available for children. Pet friendly with a closed in area for dogs.The staff at checkin was very polite and provided great customer service. 10/10 stars"

"this was a great location right on the beach and beautiful veiws. The drawbacks were nosie from within the hotel and from the nearby freeway. Neither can really be helped. Loved the 18+ only hottub as there are a lot of families."
