I was able to use their phone (toll free) and make arrangements with their assistance. They offered a warm, caring atmosphere in my time of stress. "The view is perfect, the team are amazing, the beds are also comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and being able to eat on the terrace in the sunshine was a great way to start the day. The buses are frequent and the walk down into town is great in daylight, I wouldn't walk by myself at night but as a couple no problem."

Nope .... all the light coming in the room at all hours ... that is just one of 20 things ... the cat eating the breakfast on the kitchen counter when the girl preparing the food went outside ... too many people for the bathroom .... etc etc etc ...
