"Amazing stay. Property was beautiful with great views. The room was fantastic, clean, comfortable, the water pressure was strong and it was cool to stay in a cave. Staff was amazing and provided top notch service from the front desk to who helped with bags to housekeeping and the restaurant staff. We booked tours, the hammam spa, and airport transfers all through the hotel and they were incredibly communicative and great at coordinating. I only wish we had stayed longer"

"It’s an ok hotel for a short trip to Konya. The mevlana tomb is about ten minutes away by taxi. The food options are not that great and you should plan your time around their restaurant hours which were misleading. The front office thought their ON8 restaurant was to open at 12pm whereas it never did until after 12:30pm. So it can waste time if the timings are not clear. Overall good value for the money but nothing upscale about this property."

"This Hotel is nothing but a Hostel. It is not luxurious. Not a 5 star property. Totally disgusted by how dirty the carpet is. Lugar rack fallen apart I asked for a manager because we found some pills and a some med empty package under the bed. Outlets on the rooms are ripped off the walls. Not as expected. I was told that a manager was out of town for a week as if they don’t know how to Habdle a request at the front desk. Staff needs more training .not worth your money "

"We have stayed at this property a number of times over the years. The hamam, sauna, and pool are excellent and one of our biggest perks to stay. The other perk is usually the incredible view of the balloons that are launched early morning each day but unfortunately, neither of our 2 mornings there, were there any balloons. The reasoning was weather but the weather was beautiful each day. That, of course, is no fault of the hotel, just a disappointment to us. My only complaint was that the wifi...

"Nice small hotel. Needs some TLC: bathroom in room very dated and a bit grotty. Service varying - have to ask to have room cleaned. Ambiance around the pool is lovely, this is probably the best bit. "
