Very unique hotel and room. We had three floors in a cave! Room 601. Amazing place, the views, the courtyard, the town. Everything was great. Staff were always helpful and it’s an amazing place overall.

I would highly recommend this property. Rooms were large and super cool. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Dinner at the restaurant was very very good. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

The Hotel is a unique experience. Rooms and services are of excellent quality and very detailed. Beautiful view. The breakfast offers a vast variety and premium ingredients. All the touristic highlights of the region are easy to reach . The staff helps to organize. Definitely worth a stay.

Excellent hotel for our family of 5 with three older teens. Totally relaxing and easy transport to Urgup town and easy taxi to Goreme. Fabulous pool, great amenities. Cannot recommend this hotel enough

Kayakapi Premium Caves - Cappadocia We really enjoyed our stay. The check-in process was easy and they were very helpful. The location had. Great views - not in thr middle of “everything” not a feeling of being crowded. We came to experience an epic, hot air balloon, and it did not disappoint Our ballon ride company connected with the property -which made it very easy for the 3:30 AM pick up We enjoyed the Michelin star restaurant on the property- Revithia $150 pp and we did the wine pairing Beautiful, full moon outdoor seating Our suite was huge- large bathroom with separate humman — I really appreciated that they had wonderful bath products & two different types They gave me extra home with me At night, we enjoyed the Lovely outdoor patio or we could watch a full moon All the resort had very Very nice hospitality and WONDERFUL breakfast included. Made to order options omelettes, etc. waffles I’m not sure that we would do a cave again, but we would definitely get any of the lodging options from them

Amazing breakfasts. Beautiful views. Staff incredibly helpful. Highly recommend it for a really unique and not so crowded Cappadocia experience. Their Michelin star restaurant is a great experience and were very impressed with their dedicated vegan menu. The only thing is it would be nice if the spa gym and facilities were available in the morning. They only open at 2pm.

Breakfast was outstanding. Lighting was a bit too atmospheric. Bedside lights were welded onto the nightstands and couldn’t be moved. Totally inadequate as reading lights. And the chairs in the sitting area were not comfortable for reading or even chatting. Service was extremely professional and helpful.

It is truly a unique hotel. The hotel staff was amazing. They were very helpful and always readily available. The on-site restaurant was superb. Really enjoyed the food. The free breakfast had so many food options. The room was very spacious and clean. It was a fascinating experience, living inside a cave hotel room. The concierge staff was extremely helpful in arranging multiple activities throughout the area. I was able to book all my activities as well as airport transport to the hotel with them. I cannot say enough good things. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing! The property was absolutely remarkable. Each room/suite is unique. Our family stayed in a three story suite with a private Turkish bath and living area with fireplace and two outdoor patios with unforgettable views. Attentive yet not obtrusive staff. Great food too.

The entire property and the Rooms were amazing. Top amenities, service, and friendly staff. ***Other cave hotels in the area (Goreme) were all run down looking and connected to other buildings. Although Goreme is a cute tourist town about 20 miles away from this amazing cave hotel, the mountain side privacy is worth the 20 minute taxi ride to visit Goreme. Also all the tours in the area pick you up and drop you off at the hotel. Finally, we stayed 4-nights and easily could have stayed a 5th to do all the exciting activities! Big mistake if you don’t book at this location.

Very very very beautiful property. The staff was super helpful with one exception (probably my language barrier.) Room was a king with a small pool, Hamam, living room and bathroom. 119. It was directly across from the pool and the restaurant and the spa. Not sure if there could be a more convenient location. We loved it. AC is weird, because is it an actual cave. I think the AC does more for dehumidifying (because of the pool in the room) than for climate control. In the end, it was comfortable, but someone could have explained how to use it better. Pool makes noise like a fountain. My wife and I do not like that. Some people will like it. This is a preference thing, not a quality of room or service thing. Just be aware, if you hate bubbling water sounds, the pool room will be an issue. HOWEVER, one phone call, and 5 minutes later it was turned off. Excellent service. Not a complaint. The restaurant on site was excellent. Tasting and wine pairing was spot on. Chef is good and cares about presentation. 5 stars. The breakfast was good, service was good. Location is remote. You will be driving a lot to get places, but that’s ok. The cities near the attractions did not seem great to us to stay in. We are happy to have stayed here. Lastly - we booked our own guides and activities. The hotel concierge can do that for you ahead of time. Use is. I think they make a tremendous effort to take care of their guests. Use them.
