« Late arroval with 2 huge luggage's and the person at the desk give us a room at the 3rd level... without elevator !!! We reclam to use one who go only at the second floor! Then the A/C in the room 1304 make a noise! It looks like sleeping near a plane! horrible! And the windows are not double glazing so with the road in front it was a disaster!
