"Overall the room is in need of a renovation . The drainage in the tub|shower was not good. Drawers didn’t open properly in the bedroom dresser. One elevator was out of service during our stay. The second elevator went out of service during checkout time, which resulted in having to carry all of our luggage down 5 flights of stairs. The staff did not seem to have a backup plan in place for both elevators being out of service & rolled their eyes when we expressed frustration about there being no signage posted about the out of service elevators. A simple offer of a complimentary water bottle or some other compensation for the inconvenience would have been more appropriate than the response we received from the front desk staff."

"The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Very nice hotel overall. We just ran into a couple issues. Despite booking a 2 queen room, they overbooked and we were downgraded to a king and sofabed, told it was an upgrade at no additional charge, but it certainly wasn't. We realized we weren't provided sheets for the sofabed, so we called housekeeping. We never received the sheets so we used the top sheet off of the king bed for our daughter. The sofabed was as hard as a rock. Honestly surprised she was able to sleep. Also, the parking lot for "larger vehicles" was a joke. The lane to get in was so narrow you almost had to go over the curb and the space in between the rows effectively trapped you. I know finding parking downtown is difficult but this was laid out so poorly. Ideal location for a university tour though! Really wish our room would have been discounted because it was definitely a downgrade, but I didn't request it as the hotel was absolutely packed. "

"Parking was easy. The property was pet friendly. The owner was relatively easy to contact. I suspect that there was a mold issue in the apartment as I had a severe reaction to the air quality during my stay. There were a few things that weren't fully explained. For instance there were some issues with the TV that could have been easily solved with a sheet of "How to connect" set of instructions. "

"The apartment offered a good amount of space for me, my partner, and our child. Although we didn’t end up using the kitchen, it was very clean and appeared to be fully equipped. Both bedrooms were also clean and spacious. However, the layout wasn’t ideal for our family: the smaller bedroom is located on the first floor next to the front door, while the larger bedroom is upstairs, accessible by a steep set of worn stairs. The separation between rooms, along with noticeable street noise, made it less suitable for traveling with a child. The bathroom, especially the shower, and the living room showed signs of significant wear and could benefit from some updates. The apartment is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants and bars, which influenced the noise levels during our stay. Thursday night was relatively quiet, but Friday was much louder due to increased street activity and a party taking place in the unit above us. Other tenants came and went but were generally respectful. Micah was responsive to my questions, which was appreciated. However, the communication overall felt excessive, with numerous separate messages, many of which didn’t arrive until the second day making the information often unhelpful or moot at that point."
