Our room was lovely with access to a beautiful porch with fabulous lake view. The room was also very comfortable and an adequate breakfast with coffee maker is available and always well stocked. There is no reception desk so we never encountered any one working there.

We typically do not rate accommodations poorly but were compelled to because the online photos were deceptive. Our room was spacious which was the only observation that correlated with the photos. The minisplit and front door lock worked well. Our low ratings were due to a plethora of other observations: small stains on the wall near the bed, a bathroom door that couldn’t close, worn out chairs, bedside stand with a corner whose laminate was peeling creating a sharp edge, two light fixtures which didn’t work, distinct somewhat offensive odor to the room possibly the cleaning solution, and breakfast options which were minimal compared to our experience elsewhere in a similar settings. We will not return.
