We had a fantastic stay at Parco San Marco and would definitely recommend it. The food was great and the service from the staff was warm, attentive, and professional. One of the highlights of our stay was the adults-only pool, which was peaceful, quiet, and the perfect place to relax. Our only criticism is that transportation can be challenging. The resort does not offer a shuttle service, and finding taxis or other transportation options was more difficult than expected. If you plan to explore the surrounding area, renting a car is probably your best option. Overall, the beautiful property, exceptional food, and outstanding service made for a wonderful stay. We would absolutely return.

The staff is very helpful. If you need something they are very accommodating. The location is great. It is close to all the shopping. They have a dock right outside the hotel that can bring you by private transfer ($$$). Another option is the "bus taxi" where you bring your luggage on and you get off at San Marco Vallossa. Its a 5 min walk. If I can do it, anyone can! The breakfast is ok. Downside for travellers. The hotel needs to update the rooms and repaint. No elevator. 2nd floor = 4 flights of stairs but they have someone that will bring your luggage up to your room and back down. It is a very busy dock and used for bringing supplies to all the businesses nearby in the morning- very noisy. But All the waterways are noisy, Welcome to Venice!!

Not worth the price per night, especially with no amenities like spa, pool, or jacuzzi. Since local train station and airport are near by, hotel should offer rides free of charge after booking.

Our experience can only be translated in one multilingual word WOW This have been my 3 rd visit to Venezia myself and i have not experienced this type of service , quality and wow factor . The establishment , its history and location was only the beginning of our Wow factor. I can honestly say the entire staff brought it to a level that i never saw before and can only dream to receive in the future again . Highly recommend, staff went out of there way. The room had a boutique feel, it was marvellous to come back from sight seeing to a jacuzzi bath and relax. It’s a prefect location
