Excellent stay, convenient location walkable to Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Arasta Bazaar and lots of shops/restaurants. Grand Bazaar was 16 mins walk away. We would explore the city and come back in the afternoon to rest as it was so nearby. Great views from the breakfast terrace and staff very friendly. Only downsides were it was a bit noisy from the street outside and the prayer calls from the mosques, breakfast was same everyday and not enough cupboard space in the room. But I would happily stay again for the location and convenience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sultanhan, the location is perfect for visiting historical sites with good amenities nearby. The managers and staff were very helpful and forthcoming. I would recommend Sultanhan hotel for visiting Istanbul.

Great location for exploring Istanbul. The best thing though was the staff! Ali, Hoseyn and not forgetting Mr Galatasary! All polite, friendly and helpful! The lady that cleaned our room was lovely. Will definitely stay again for our next visit to wonderful Istanbul.

I want to tell you that it was the best hotel where I stayed in these last 10 wonderful years

I cannot say enough good things about this property. It’s right by the Galata tower. As soon as you get out, you are in the main spot. Surrounded by restaurants, cafes and a 10 min walk to the Galata bridge. We got a room on the 4th floor and it was surprisingly quiet for the location we were in, this place made our Turkey trip. Also, the staff is super friendly and helpful. If I ever visit Istanbul again this will be the place I stay.
