« It was quite elegant, with sparse but modern furnishings. A lot more space than I needed, and so much more than what I expected. The view from the second-story enclosed porch was a dream. I wish I could have had guests over to show it off. The owner was very accommodating in resolving an issue that wasn't even their fault. Hope to stay again. »

« Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys. »

« This was perfect location for our stay in Cooperstown (12 minutes from Dreams Park) and a block walk to MLB HOF and a block walk to the lake with a quaint nearby park. Restaurants, coffee shop and souvenir shopping are plentiful within walking distance. This unit was clean, and stocked with kitchen utensils/cookware/dishes,etc, drip coffee pot as well as keurig. Jack and Jill bathroom with toiletries and towels provided. Bernie, the host, was very attentive, responsive, accessible and helpful!...

« We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the apartment. We had six sleep comfortably in the space.Loved the coffee bar set up in the kitchen. Made life a lot easier starting the day. There are a few very minor workmanship issues, and there is no oven installed, but for our purposes, we never needed it.My family would happily stay there again if we are in the area. »
