Cedar Springs Vacation Packages

No trash cans in the room? Not sure why. Tv would not work says no WiFi and not channels for signal. Tried to call the main office with no answer. All WiFi networks were locked. Google says this place is permanently closed so that’s also weird. Overall room was clean but definitely looked like they were still remodeling. No dishes but stove and everything in room also weird usually when we stay anywhere with a stove there’s at least plates and silverware.

The room did not have a remote control for the TV and the coffee was decaf only. Upon checking out I mentioned this to the front desk personnel, and he didn’t seem to give it any attention. On the other hand, the shuttle bus drivers were awesome!

Best hotel breakfast I’ve had by far compared to any other hotel in Grand Rapids and I’ve stayed in pretty much all brands

The rooms were very clean and the staff were very kind. When we asked for a restaurant suggestion, the front desk was very helpful suggesting a local restaurant that was exceptional!

Place was great most of the team stayed at a different place, and was complaining about their hotel specifically no breakfast!
