Very disappointing experience, especially for such an expensive place to stay. We returned to our room around midnight after being out for a wedding and found the entire room flooded with soap and bubbles.
When we went to the front desk, the management staff were essentially laughing about the situation and told us there was nothing they could do. They offered us a complimentary drink card, but did not offer to move us to another room. It then took approximately 45 minutes for someone to come clean up the mess, meaning we were left dealing with the situation well into the night.
For the price we paid, I expected much better customer service and a much more professional response from management. Unfortunately, this experience left us extremely disappointed.
