Good price and clean place to stay after catching a concert in Simpsonville. Pool for kids. Free breakfast. Convenient to I-85 with surrounding restraunt options, bars, and shopping, all near by and at the next exits on loop. Good for what it is. Would recommend.

Decent hotel but found it really baffling that we had to pay to park in a regular parking lot, which had no shortage of spots.

The community and the staff were amazing. I stay at Marriott for the ambiance, cleanliness, and the quality services.

Staff stayed late for my check in. Nice spot.

The inn is very tired. We had a pet friendly room and it matched nothing in the pictures they advertise for room selection. Housekeeping was non existent. Told to put my dirty towels outside the room and they were still there when I left the next day. The toilet paper holder was 6” off the floor and on the same wall as the toilet. Try to reach around and use???The lock for the door going out to the porch was a slide bolt lock and installation looked like a child installed. Breakfast was served by reservation and fixed to order, sounds great, only one person working the whole dining room and was told she also had to do some cooking. You could tell she was overwhelmed. My wife’s waffles were ice cold. The check in clerk was very friendly. The inn has lots of charm and could be wonderful but the owners are not reinvesting in the property.
