"Great south-facing deck. Clean and functional cottage. Ceiling fans work really well to keep the rooms cool. Gas and charcoal BBQs worked well. Cottage is newly renovated and clean. All supplies working well. One thing to note is that access to water is a set of 38 or 40 stairs (solid stairs). The dock currently has no ladder. The bottom is mucky and weedy. But the place was so great that it is was a minor inconvenience. Thanks for having us and being responsive to our needs."

"The communication from Donald was excellent. He replied quickly to all inquiries. Accessing the cottage was easy. He provided thorough directions (pictures and words) to aid you with getting there. The directions to get into the cottage were very clear. The inside of the cottage had anything that you would need. The kitchen was fully stocked (pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave, two fridges, pizza trays, salad spinner etc), with a ton of dishes to last three meals for 6 people. The kitchen table was amazing. It can seat a lot of people for eating, card playing, games etc. The beds were comfortable with many rooms for guests to spread out. The screen in porch had a nice view of the lake and was a bonus for BBQing, playing cards, having happy hour and not getting eaten alive by the mosquitoes and watching the rain storms!! There was plenty of grass space to play games (Bocci, Corn Hole (we brought our own) and for the dog to run around. Access to the water was easy. The dock is long and gives plenty of room to attach floating tubes for reading and lounging, two kayaks, paddle boat and water mat, that the children loved. It was a great quiet week away, with lots of relaxation. We would recommend this cottage for others to rent."

"Well done!! Impressive the moment you walk in the door. The owner is so there for you. Truly goes above and beyond. And seems to have thought of everything, if you forgot something, it seems to just appear. If you have an off road vehicle, bring it. Trails everywhere. The road here from Ottawa, best drive ever. Maybe followed local who drove a little over speed limit, but breath taking scenery and exhilarating roads. On con is no water access. Did not realize is a back lot. Highly recommend if looking for relaxing get away or UTV/ATV/dirt bike get away."
