"We had a wonderful stay at this lovely, clean cottage! Everything was perfectly prepared for our arrival, and the communication with the host was seamless and very accommodating. The location is unbeatable, situated directly on the lake, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. "The property is beautiful and the inside looks nice but that’s where the positive ends. Upon arrival at 4:00 we could not enter because there was a cleaner there still cleaning. Upon entry, a half hour later, the floors were soaking wet and slippery. The garbages were not empty in the bathrooms. The bedding was not freshly laundered. The oven was full of dirty pans(one full of oil). There was open bags of chips shoved in a kitchen drawer. The smoke detector beeped all night long because of a...

"We were excited about our stay at Rice Lake! But the house had a few problems and it made our stay less enjoyable. The small A/C unit is located in the living room area and not in the bedrooms. So every night was hot, and unable to cool the rooms properly. Second problem was the washer failed on the 2nd day of our stay and the owners did not fix the problem. They sent out someone to tell us they're working on purchasing a new washer but this forced us to go to the another laundry. It also...
