Excellent hotel. Only thing we didn't love was some of the in-room dining we experienced, and the checkout was disorganized to some extent, but nothing major. Everything else was superb. Room was gigantic, great balcony. The pools are all the same depth, I believe they're 5 feet deep, not the best for children. Situated on a hill, so you get amazing views of the lagoon and resorts To get a free shuttle to D-mall or the Port, you just let the front desk know, and they'll get you a van in 2-10 minutes.
