Spa very good, restaurant service good, staff pretty friendly. Booked 3 hotel rooms, one overlooking golf course had tremendous views, two facing a brick wall and lots of weeds pretty uninspiring. Plenty of parking and easy to find.

Check in was quick and efficient and when we were given the wrong bed they moved us easily. Our room was spacious with a separate seating area. A massive bath with separate shower. The 2 windows gave us spectacular views. It was an easy walk to the Principality Stadium, straight through the town centre. Only issue was the breakfast hot table was broken so food was only warm. We were not told about this problem until I asked if they realised the food wasn't hot. Apparently the electrician who came to repair it had made it worse. We had paid for room with breakfast but no offer of a partial refund. Overall our stay was great and staff helpful. Yes I would definitely stay her again.

Room was overpriced for a concert, £400 per night when £220 normally. I’d expect an uplift but not this much. Room was worn, fan and windows dusty and unclean. Other room had no hot water in shower so unable to use. Noisy and limited sleep although bed comfortable No bar as closed. WiFi non existent and no 5G signal so if you want a quiet night and no shower then ideal place. Breakfast mediocre

The bed was not bad but everything else was appalling - two 4 person lifts (2 person if you have luggage) and one of the those lifts was out of use.
