"This is usually my go to hotel. This time my sink kept getting stopped up, the shower drain was loose, the toilet didn't want to flush, holes in the sheet that covered the bed and bugs flying everywhere."
"This is a lovely hotel, perfectly located on the beach and next to the ferry terminal. The rooms were lovely and clean and the staff really friendly. The restaurant on the bottom floor of the hotel was an unexpected surprise and the food and service were amazing!
We just wished we had booked to stay longer. The photos of the hotel really don’t do it justice, it’s much nicer even in real-life."

"The room was clean and the staff was personable however when I went to take a shower in the morning, there was no hot water in the shower, it was hot in the sink but not in the shower no matter how long I waited. so I was forced to just wash off. "

"Breakfast was great, no protein options though but they did offer cereal fruit yogurt a pancake machine Bagels toast and muffins. The evening snacks of cookies popcorn and Fountain sodas are a great perk as well. The beds were comfortable, the hotel was quiet considering it is not far at all from Cedar Point. The Wi-Fi wasn't the greatest. The beds were comfortable the only issue we had was the light above the mirror did not want to work. That made it a little difficult to see brushing teeth and putting in contacts. The beds were also comfortable perfect for a place to sleep after a day at Cedar Point. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip for the park."

"The staff is always great. This was my third stay. They are always very accommodating and the place is always very clean. The beds are very comfortable. After a long hot day at the park it is a good place to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet."
"This was my boyfriend and I first vacation together. We celebrated our 2 year anniversary at Sawmill creek resort. Let’s just say it was fantastic, with a breakfast restaurant and a dinner restaurant. Plus Starbucks!! A lovely out door and indoor pool. Just everything was perfect for our first vacation together and our anniversary. The Millers table was great our wonderful waitress helped us celebrate with a delicious crème brûlée dessert. We will definitely be back before summer officially ends! Thank you guys so much what a lovely staff ! "
