« Katie was able to accomodate our needs for a condo at the last minute due to changes of my son's wedding due to Hurricane Helene. The unit was great with view of the water. Convenient to the nice restaurant next door where we did a post wedding brunch . Occasional noise from the delivery vehicles and trash collector for the restaurant next door, but not bad . And we could have used an extra dishwasher pod. Otherwise everything was great and we had a wonderful wedding weekend! »

« This was the perfect unit for our winter stay in Cornelius. Very convenient for everything we needed. We were close to our daughter and her family. Walking distance to restaurants and a beautiful Greenway for long walks. The condo was clean and comfortable and the owner was very nice and responded promptly to any questions. We will be back again next winter! »

« This is 2nd time we have rented this place as it is perfect location and perfect size & set-up for our group. Plus the great views of the lake! It's also great to have 2 restuarants on the ground level, even if just want to grab a drink there. Food ok, but do have live music and »

« The property itself was as advertised. Convenient location. Unit was clean and well appointed. The problem is with the way the unit was built. Everytime the upstairs or side neighbors showered, flushed the toilet or ran the water, you heard it running through the walls of this unit.
