This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here.

Hotel Bisanzio is a gem. Wonderful location, very friendly and helpful staff, on site breakfast and laundry, and family-friendly rooms. A great value and would absolutely stay there again. Highly recommend.

Great location. In a busy area. Best part is that it is right on a small canal for easy drop off and pick up for water taxi so you don't have to wobble/schlep all over Venice streets with luggage. Breakfast is perfectly adequate to get you started for the day. Front desk staff were attentive and helpful.

The room was clean, spacious and well provided. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast excellent, accommodating different tastes. All that was enhanced by the hotel location, centric but quiet, on the canal and next to a vaporetto (water bus) stop. Strongly recommended.

"We used it for a one night stopover. Close to the train station and very good late check in.. nearly 2am because of our flight time landing after midnight. We had called a few days ahead to advise our late arrival… recommend you do this in case they give your room away. Not so easy to find late check ..."
