The room was very clean, Breakfast was not great! There was very little choice, this was the 3rd hotel that I had stayed in during my trip and the worst Breakfast..you had to ask the member if staff for more coffee and it felt like you were imposing on them. The hotel itself is lovely but the area is very rough. Every cafe I went into advised me to put my bag in front of me and look out for pick pockets.

The staff was absolutely perfect! Antonio upgraded our room to a beautiful room with an amazing view, and he even gave us a ride to downtown in his car. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel — everything was excellent!

The best hotel ever staff food and the best staff

The check-in process was completely lacking. I stood outside for over an hour emailing calling and trying to get lit in the door. It says the front office is open, but you have to know how to get in the door. Apparently you have to use the keypad and click on one of the options that was available. But nowhere was that in the directions and the phone number to call the reception area was not taking phone calls and no one ever responded to my emails so I spent almost 2 hours standing outside until other people came along and let me in. Absolutely ridiculous!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I truly cannot say enough amazing things about this hotel. We stayed here for such a special trip, and it ended up being the place where I got engaged, which made our experience even more unforgettable. The entire staff went above and beyond for us from the moment we arrived. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, helpful, and genuinely kind. They made us feel so taken care of throughout our entire stay and helped make such an important moment in our lives feel even more special. The level of hospitality was incredible, and you could tell how much everyone truly cared about making sure we had the best experience possible. This hotel will always hold such a special place in our hearts, and we genuinely could not have asked for a better stay. We are already looking forward to the day we can come back. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip and our engagement something we will remember forever.
