Her smile, knowledge and genuine warmth completely stood out and honestly left us speechless. We unfortunately didn’t catch her name, but she made a lasting impression and is a real credit to the hotel. Thank you for such a warm welcome. "

"The place was not very clean. The sheets had makeup on them, and it seemed like they had not been changed from the previous guests. The shower was not working. I’m giving it 3 stars because they eventually came to fix it, but that’s not something you should have to ask for. If you ask me if I recommend it, no. My family and I did not like it. All the bedding and towels were heavily stained and looked dirty."
