« House was decent. Clean and roomy. There were some things that needed to be fixed. Ice machine didnt work, one electric socket was hanging out of the wall, the front door locked, but it looked as if a hard push would open it. Ping pong table was a fun addition. Overall it was a nice place »

« I think this place was a great value for the money. It’s not luxury living, but at only double digits per night (they don’t let you post prices in reviews), it is far cheaper than what you’d pay for even the crappiest hotel in the area. Everything was clean enough and well thought out. There was even a couple of thoughtfully provided water bottles along with some coffee, tea bags and condiments and a little fridge. « This was a great spot right outside LA. It was a quick drive to Universal Studios and Hollywood attractions. It was a nice quieter spot outside the city but still had easy access to groceries, restaurants, etc. House was very modern and comfortable. Owner was very responsive to our needs. »

« Stayed here as we were visiting family in the area. It came fully ready to stay in. No need to buy extra paper towels, toilet paper, etc. the owner makes it very hospitable for guests and there are several minor details that show they really care for the guests and property. I’ll be staying here again in two years when I attend my other nephew’s graduation. »

« The host was super responsive and we're grateful for that. The house was very useable but the pool had parts of the edging that were broken and unstable. Our kids were old enough to be fine but would be cautious with younger kids. Kitchen is only moderately stocked for actual cooking. »

« What a fabulous stay we had at this beautiful, relaxing and peaceful venue. There was nothing missing - a beautiful location, stunning home, comfy bed, incredibly huge lawn that my dogs never wanted to leave, perfect location for why we were in town, yummy strawberries and oranges at the nearby fruit stand, kind, helpful and responsive host...and I could go on and on and on. One of the best stays we have ever had! »

« We traveled from PA to spend time with our adult son for Easter he lives in Studio City. It was so nice to have a bedroom for each of us and bathrooms. The spool was amazing despite the raining weather. We had fun playing games at the dining room table. And I watching Jesus shows for the Easter weekend. We attended a local church. We found some nice breweries and hiking in the area. Everything was perfect and the hosts were kind! »
