Paul, we tried reaching out to you to remind you of our office hours and try to set up a contactless check-in for you. Without being able to reach you, we had no option but to close our office. We are glad you were able to find other accommodations at midnight, but we are just too small of a business to have waited for you that long after closing. It is unfortunate that we held a room for you, tried calling you and yet you expect a full refund. These reviews can really impact a small business, which I am sure you are aware. I would hope you would reconsider your rating, as my staff went above and beyond trying to reach you. Hope you have a wonderful day.

We enjoyed having you and your wife here. The train is out of our control, but for the coffee pot, your room did indeed have one. Hello, Karla. We in fact do provide a quilt on the bed and then extra blankets in the closet. We also have dining tables and chairs in all of our rooms. I see the room you stayed in was our deluxe king, which most certainly does have all of those amenities, including a second sink on the vanity. The room you stayed in has not been renovated, we have 3 rooms that we call "Budget Queens." Those 3 rooms are not advertised online and the only reason you ended up in that room was because you booked the wrong dates on Expedia, and our front desk put you in the only thing we had available, due to all of our other rooms being booked. She made it very clear to you that the room was not renovated and not the same room you booked online. You could have paid 300 for a no-show fee, instead our front desk was kind enough to make an exception for you and move your reservation to the following day.
