"We are a group of 8 friends who go on vacation for a week every year.( for over 30 years ) We are 70 years plus old! Property and views were wonderful. Many deer sightings, a view of the Columbia River. House was beautiful and updated, each couple had their own bathrooms attached to rooms. It is 3 stories, so if anyone has issues with stairs consider that when booking. We had no problem. Property owners were very attentive and would definitely recommend this property."

"Our stay was good, that being said. It’s listed as being secluded and private. It’s far from private and only secluded because of the location. The need to list that the hot tub is not private and it is not next to the house.. it’s across the muddy pine needle filed parking area and down a muddy trail. The hot tub is a great feature, but if your looking for seclusion and privacy.. this may not be the place for you. The house has a spa bathtub, that would be great if the neighbors construction...

"This is an amazing place to stay. We traveled to OR for an event we had to attend. By choosing this VRB it turned into a weekend getaway. Believe all of the positive reviews. This is an excellent, clean, convenient, relaxing, beautiful place to stay. The room was perfect for us. Very comfortable bed. Immaculately clean. Had everything we needed. The animals were a bonus. "The house had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The furnishings, the beds and bedding, the kitchen supplies - all were great. We had one sunny day when we enjoyed the magnificent view from the deck. When the rains came on day two, the view was different, but still beautiful. The location is wonderful, and we were able to easily explore Hood River, White Salmon, and the surrounding areas. Would definitely rent here again."

"This is a small cabin on Mt Hood. It was clean and well stocked. It is very simple. The bed was comfortable. We had a difficult time figuring out how to get the heat on and there wasn't any instructions. There is a wood stove but there was not any kindling, only large pieces of wood. There was lighter fluid next to the wood but we decided that seemed unsafe. The hot tub was old and smelled a little funky but it was hot and we enjoyed it. "I loved this little cabin for the super convenient access to timberline. 25 minutes away. It's also close to some great hikes and hot springs! The cabin itself was very cozy and had everything you could need, besides food and water. Plenty of blankets and pillows, all kitchen appliances work. The bed was comfortable! "My husband and I had such a lovely stay at this cabin. It was so relaxing and everything was super clean and well-stocked. Our only complaint was the neighbor’s kids were kicking up a bunch of dirt into the air while riding on ATVs one day, but that’s not the owner’s fault. We would definitely be back!"

"This is cute little cabin in the pretty Oregon backdrop. It is accurate in it's description. My girlfriend and I stayed for four days and enjoyed every bit. We did run into a few issues easily overcome, the back room breaker tripped due to the loading from heaters and lights being on at night. The electric fireplace did not want to work with us so we used the wood stove instead. There was plenty of wood, just needed kindling to get it started. "Great house well-equipped for large groups. The house was super comfortable with spaces and entertainment for adults and kids. The kitchen is very well equipped despite not having a stove/oven, and it’s clear the owners have put in every effort to make sure you have everything you need. We mostly missed out on the absolutely beautiful mt. hood views due to rain - I guess we’ll have to visit again soon!"

"The river view from our room was awesome, the beds were very comfy and the location was absolutely perfect for out intended hiking adventures! "This property was cute and has a lot of potential, but need some TLC and needs to be cleaned. There was a used soap bar in the shower and the floors were dirty with hair and other stuff. Our room didn’t have toilet paper or non-used soap, but luckily when we told the staff, they responded quickly. The area is very walkable, but I recommend arriving before 6pm or you will be left with food options of either a very small grocery or paying $16 for a burger. Overall, I would come back to this place...
