Perfectly situated in the heart of downtown White Salmon. With stunning modern design and prime walkability, this space offers the ultimate getaway for those looking to experience the best of the Columbia River Gorge. Unbeatable Location • Just one block from White Salmon’s best restaurants, coffee shops, and boutique shops • Half a block from scenic Rheingarten Park • Minutes from world-class hiking, wineries, and outdoor adventures 🛋 The Space 🛋 Step into a bright, thoughtfully designed penthouse with modern finishes, contemporary décor, and ample natural light. Whether you’re unwinding in the cozy living area, enjoying a glass of wine on the private balcony, or preparing a meal in the sleek, fully-equipped kitchen, this space is designed for relaxation and convenience. This is a newly built mixed use modern apartment building located in the heart of downtown White Salmon. There are two flights of stairs to access the Ph there is no elevator. There is a full kitchen with cookware. We also provide a smart TV that you can use with your Netflix, Amazon, or other subscriptions you may have (we don’t provide cable tv). Parking is on the street and free 24 hours a day (the parking under the building is for our long-term tenants only). There are two public city parking lots about half a block from our building. One is located about 200ft due east and the other is located about 350 feet west of our building. But most of our guests prefer to use the free street parking right next to the building. There is a mini-split unit that provides heat and AC. The mini-split is located in the living room. The bedrooms do not have AC, but do have fans. There is a shared laundry room in the building. The access code will be sent in your welcome email. We are doing a big interior design change this winter. The current photos do not show the interior design changes. Location was amazing, decor was on point and plenty of amenities in kitchen. The provided coffee filters, dishwashing soap and toilet paper were much appreciated. Often time those are not included in rentals, and as renters we sometimes forget to pick those things up. The rooftop deck was the piece de resistance was the rooftop deck and view from the main bedroom. There is a place for a washer dryer but no equipment. We would go back, but at this price we would expect bedroom ac and a washer dryer to be resolved. Great location! Colder months ac would be no issue. It worked great in the living room just not the two bedroom. When the screen door was broken they came right out and took care of it so A+ for responsiveness.
