"We really enjoyed our work/play stay at this hotel. The staff was the best thing about our stay—always kind and helpful. A communication error required the shuttle driver to return and pick us up to take us to the Mall, and he was so courteous and warmly conversational with us as he drove us through the terrible traffic to the Mall. Huge shout out to him! But all of the staff was fantastic. The decor was dated and the hotel is not brand new, but the staff, cleanliness, and peacefulness at the property overcomes all of that. We would stay here again. "

"My stay was excellent. Check-in was friendly and easy. The room was spotless, inviting, and comfortable. Breakfast offered many choices. The dining area was flawless and constantly patrolled by a Hyatt employee."

"Everything was pretty good. Only complaint was I waited about 30 minutes for a shuttle to the mall and it was still not ready. Quick easy walk tho. The cafe across the street, Nomadic was delicious. The amenities at the hotel was great. I enjoyed the bar as well!"
