Lovely Guest House ~ Lakepoint ~ Lake Allatoona ~ Red Top Mountain

This is for the guest apartment only located adjacent to the main house. The property sits on 3 acres off of a gravel road. There is a 750 sq ft gym. Lake Allatoona is about 1 to 2 min away. Red Top Mountain is about 5 minutes away. The Lakepoint sports complex is located about 15 min away. This property is strictly for lodging purposes only. No partying, large gatherings or heavy traffic allowed. These rules will be strictly enforced by guest being removed from the property. No exceptions.

Great Guest House

A very nice guest house, very clean and had everything we needed. So hard to find a nice pet friendly accommodation, really happy we found this spot for the night on our road trip.

Great spot

We stayed here with our 3 dogs and it was perfect. The dogs had plenty of room to run and the apartment was comfortable for all. Thanks to Mr. Kenny for our stay. There is an awesome gym underneath the apartment to work out. Very nice neighbors as well.

Trip to Atlanta

The property provided a quiet, pretty and comfortable place for my husband and I to stay with our three dogs during a short trip to Atlanta. Every convenience was provided thoughtfully. The setting was like being at home. So nice.

Multiple visits

We have stayed at this venue multiple times. The property manager is responsive to messages and questions. The location is quiet and close enough to many activities and provides a great wooded environment to decompress. We will visit again.

Red Top Mountain Stay

I would definitely stay again. Kenny is a great host and quick to respond to messages. The 5 bedrooms in the main house and one additional guest house bedroom give plenty of sleep options. The house was clean and the well equipped kitchen in the main house was outstanding. Bathrooms were clean and enough towels for 10+ people. 18-20 minute drive to Lake Point Sports complex.

Red Top Mountain

Very nice place. Well maintained and quiet. Parking was excellent with plenty of space to park a large trailered boat. No fault of the owner by any means but the county road in is in pretty poor shape. Other than that it was a Great Place! The 4 stare was due to the road in.

Baseball trip

My wife and son (17) had the upstairs apartment. Great experience from the beginning of our reservation to the end. Due to weather, we needed a late check out to shower for the trip home and the owner was quick to allow us that....much appreciated it! I will say that it sleeps no more than 3 but would absolutely stay there again!

Good value

Out of the way location, but convenient to hiking trails and State park venues. In decent condition, could use a quality painting. Owner was on the premise and was courteous and helpful. He even allowed access 3-4 hours prior to our checkin time. Much appreciated. Good value for the price. Thank you Ken.

Nice 2nd floor one-bedroom apartment

Good place to stay for 2-3 people for baseball at Lakepoint or Lake Allatoona beach fun. Kitchen is well stocked. Appliances are new and nice. AC works great. Bed linens are provided but towels are not. Restaurants, Walmart, and grocery stores are 15-20 minute drive away. Hosts responded quickly to our one minor concern. Highly recommended: Henry’s Louisiana Grill in downtown Acworth.

Solitude at it's Finest

This was an overnight stay on my travels up north. The space was open and clean and quaint. I enjoyed sitting on the deck with a glass of wine while my dog explored the yard and edge of the woods. A few things that disappointed me and would keep me from returning: no lake nearby, queen size bed & the inside is not 'dark' even with every light turned off. These were personal issues and in no way reflect on Kenny or the property.
