Location de condos vacances à Carters

« Room was clean. However, none of the external digital locks on the doors , the swimming pool entrance or the gym entrance were working. The external doors were left wide open probably all night as the locks weren’t working, not safe. The staff said that they’ve been out of order for more than a year. At night, there was only 1 staff/person at the hotel and I had to wait for over 30 mins to get to him to get a bedding set. Clearly under staffed for the rush long weekend. The breakfast was ok....

« The property is in a very good location near shops and restaurants; the parking is easy and in front of the rooms. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and quiet but small, although there was room for a fridge. We will stay there in the future. »

« La piscine n’était pas fonctionnel. Le petit déjeuner était très limité en choix de produit (pas de gaufre…). Le personnel quasi inexistant. Propreté laissait à désirer… »

« No pool!!!! We booked because we were looking for a cheaper room with a small pool for a one night pit stop. Place has pool filled in with concrete despite a picture with "pool open" sign. No bugs but run down, smelled a lil weird, lock in bathroom broken. »

« Daily clean up of the room was minimal. Bed was lousily made. Bathroom was left half cleaned up »

« It's not really a cabin, it is a remodeled small home. Perfect for a quick 3 day get away. »

« Very nice place to stay and affordable. We had a suite with small kichen which was perfect and a sitting area. Awesome staff. Good daily breakfast. »
