"Television did not work at all. Someone else was given the same room as I had and walked in on my wife changing. It was a mad house in that hotel. We didn’t even stay we checked out around 9:00pm. Poorly ran front desk mad it seem like it wasn’t a big deal. Just said to us we all make mistakes that they are one person. Unacceptable. "

"Where to start....booked a king size bed and was given a full size. Agter beinging that tobtheir attention, was told we can switch you to the fifth floor. Oops , forgot to metion the elevator doesnt work. The room was tiny, kinda reminded me of a cabin on the cruise ship. The check in service was horribly long. Parking was difficult as there was sone kinda school eent and this meant all spots were taken. Breakfast was the standard continental breakfast. The water in room 202 ran a drip all night and day. When i brought that to their attention, I was advised they would adrress it bit didn't. "

"The room was very clean and nice. The pool is small but very very high chlorine levels. Breakfast was not great, very few choices. "

"Room had used soda bottle under chair. Used bar of soap in shower. Wall thermostat not working. "

"The heat took a long time to come in no toilet tree that’s separate u have to buy it in the office the hallway smell nothing but weed I ask for 2 extra towels no closet only one hook took hang your coats or jackets no extra blanket the fire place wasn’t workin terrible omg never again "

"Overall the hotel was ok. Room and property was clean, staff was nice. If you are looking for quietness. You will not get it here. You can hear the people above you walking hard through the ceiling. It sounded like construction in our room from whatever someone was doing at 4am in the hallways outside our door. Woke us up out of our sleep. "

"Room clean, there’s always a tv issue idk why, some TV allow u to watch Netflix others don’t, some tvs work great others don’t, there isn’t a person on sundays to help with that idk why so be cautious if staying on the weekend just check if the tv is working , everything is great specially the staff is always lovely "
