We had a great stay. The staff were wonderful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend

Very friendly staff clean and beautiful

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay here! We stayed here for 3 nights and the moment we arrived, we were greeted with small cold towels to help cool us off as it was very hot out. Whenever we had any questions or needs the hotel staff was ready to help and provide. The hotel property itself is stunning with two beautiful pools which were well maintained, spacious well designed rooms perfect for us 3. The hotel itself was always kept well and clean and the breakfast in the morning was...

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, cared for, and at home. What stood out most was that their hospitality was completely authentic—they were attentive, thoughtful, and gracious without ever making it feel like they expected anything in return. That kind of genuine service is rare and made our stay incredibly special. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The property is...

Small elegant cozy boutique hotel. Lovely pool area with amazing views. Great breakfast and staff was amazing. My husband, Myself and our 11 year old loved our 5 nights. We highly recommend.

Jr.Suite was very clean, comfortable bed and hot shower..lots of space. Front desk staff service was excellent (English and Spanish) ..gave great recommendations on restaurants . Ask for Arturo if a tour guide is required ...instant friend ..

The rooftop pool area is fantastic. The staff are friendly and so helpful. Smooth operations during our stay from check-in to check-out. Thanks Bastion!

This hotel is a perfect little get away, it’s a hidden oasis in the middle of the old walled city. The front is very unassuming. When you enter the lobby, you’re welcomed by calm and peaceful atmosphere and wonderful front desk staff. The staff was fantastic in making everything happen. With my points I was eligible for a room upgrade they moved us from the Luxury room to the Studio suite. The Studio suite was much larger and more comfortable. Both rooms are beautiful! But the Studio is...

5 star service! I would come back in a heartbeat,

Excellent stay and great staff. I asked for a quiet room and my room was quiet. I had the best sleep of my my one month stay in Colombia. Very convenient location as well. I will return for sure. Some areas for improvement: a little hectic during breakfast sometimes so I think they need to add more staff during busy season. I also had a few hiccups as a solo female traveller of color but the staff handled it well and were very apologetic. I think some training on biases and assumptions would be...

Great location in the centre of Getsemani and close to the old town. The rooms are clean and modern with great bathrooms and storage. The pool is the perfect place for a siesta on a hot day and the staff are excellent.

Great place to stay. Team very polite and professional. Lovey hotel in the Walled City.

It was a beautiful boutique hotel with meticulously decorated rooms, restaurant, rooftop patio and pool, and checkin area. The view from the patio and pool arguably offers the best view of old and new Cartagena in the city. For a multilingual Black queer couple staying at the hotel for a few days, it was a breathtaking experience.

Always amazing

The property and staff were fantastic. The only reason for a 4 star on the property condition is that they were presently doing some maintenance on the property but that didn't get in our way. The staff was excellent and friendly, gave us tips on where to go and provided a laundry service for us. The breakfast was great. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff was incredible, bedrooms were clean af and the pool is awesome to stay after a full day walking in the center of the city which temperature can be up to 40C! HIGHLY recommend. So close to everything and far from the crowd!
