"The shower pressure was extremely low in my room and had the maintenance come out to fix."

"Arrived and there was barely any parking due to construction equipment. The pool was closed and not working and we had to go across the street to get in the pool at another hotel. My room deadbolt did not lock at all because the lock wasn't properly installed. My bathroom had ants on the floor and sink. The room did not come with a microwave. Only good experience was how friendly the workers were"

"No ac heat or cabin the room. Bathroom clogged and no one could unclog it. Staff want friendly. Had to wait 15 minutes for someone to even come to the counter to check in. Breakfast was a bag of donuts and oranges and bananas. Rooms were not clean and looked like they were thorn apart and just left. "

"Our room was clean the staff was awesome and the breakfast superb. The only problem we had is that on our last day the power went off, the hotel didn’t have a power generator and we spend all night and morning with no heater it was 33 and below and everything pitch black could see my way thru the stairs or around the room."

"They were nice and the room was very clean. Only problem I had was when booking the hotel on hotels.com app they said they were dog/pet friendly for a $25 nightly fee. But when we got there, they had 3 signs just in the lobby at the front desk that said NO PETS ALLOWED. Luckily we decided not to bring our dog, not sure why there is this discrepancy?"
