« The pool and hot tub were not in service. Expedia has and still does have pictures of the pool and hot tub that you cannot use. The staff didn't seem interested in taking any blame for this inconvenience and misleading advertising. Full price by the way, more than the other hotels In the area that have pools. »

« To Ben one of the nicest hotels in downtown canton I expect for it to be better. It’s very outdated. There needs to be a jacuzzi and sauna, rooftop area to chill and more common areas away from the public. There’s to many events that’s happening to really relax and not be bothered. There’s staff are mainly assisting with the event and don’t pay much attention to the guests who are staying at the hotel. Other than that food is great. Room service didn’t come into my room and bring fresh towels...

« Première chambre bruyante à cause du stationnement. Avons pu changer pour les 2 autres nuits et c'était parfait. Personnel courtois, avenant et à l'écoute. »
