« The only problem was that I had booked a room with 2 beds and all they have there are rooms with one bed and a foldout couch. So Expedia should not have told me that my reservation was a room with 2 beds. I would have booked some other hotel with 2 beds. In the picture that Expedia showed me of the room, it had 2 queen beds. That is not how a company should treat a loyal customer. »

« Excellent hotel, the staff drive for service.
My only observation is the elevator = we were on room 334 and every time we took the elevator to third floor, the elevator started shaking and shaking until open. »
