I normally have all of those items when I travel but needed a razor and it was so nice to know I didn't need to make a run to the store! »

« I wasn't given the room I selected online. The room was so noisy from the band playing next door no one in my room could sleep until 3 am. I had friends in other rooms who asked to change their rooms. I went down to lobby and complained. I was told there was nothing they could do and speak to manager in the morning. When I did she lied to me and stated everyone was told about the party upon check in That was not true in our case. She was very non caring and almost made me feel like I should have...
