Very nice hotel and staff. It was a bit hard to find so that’s why I rated it 4 instead of 5 stars. It’s on the 5th floor btw. Also the bathroom smelled like sewage a few times coming from the drain, but it cleared on its own. Great location also!

A unique service. At the entrance Luis a nice and prepare to help us at every moment. As previous guest at Riu in Guadalajara Mexico. By far the best experience. Next time in Spain, Riu Plaza Espana will be our choice

The king bed room was very spacious with a nicely decorated bathroom. The cleaning staff were brilliant with our room cleaned and an afternoon turn down service. The front service staff were polite and friendly. We also enjoyed the cocktails that we had.
