This 11th-floor oceanfront condo offers a comfortable and convenient retreat with breathtaking views and top-notch amenities. Guests can enjoy complimentary WiFi, central heat and air, and parking for two cars, along with access to a heated indoor pool, a seasonal outdoor pool, a hot tub, and shared beach access. Relax on the oceanfront deck with seating or take advantage of the charcoal grills for a seaside cookout. Great time.

We went when Hurricane Debbie was on its way. We never felt unsafe or worried about being without power. The only issue we had was that we couldn't figure out how to work the tvs. The directions in the binder were a little confusing but we brought board games to keep us occupied. Everything else was great.

Carolina Realty wasted 2 1/2 hours during checkin

Condo was great, however check-in was a nightmare. After driving 5 hours we were instructed to stop by their office away from condos to pick up arrival package. Package wasn’t there. I called them at an emergency number. They told us to go to condo and they would have someone to bring parking passs and electronic access keys. After trying combination they gave us to enter, it wasn’t completely correct. We finally figured it out by ourselves. Two people showed up but just had survey sheet in an envelope. About 2 hours later, 9:30p, we finally sat down for dinner. Turned around and found that the parking passes along with the electronic keys were hanging in the wall inside Condo!! We could have saved all the that trouble by going straight to condo!!!! Condo Was great! Carolina Realty wasn’t!! Will not use Them again!

Awesome Space

This property had amazing views with a great balcony the length of the condo. The furniture, bedding and decor was great. Looked as if it had recently been painted, decorated and new fixtures. The kitchen was well stocked as were extras like beach chairs, games, binoculars, lots of extra towels, two types of coffee pots and lots more. This was an easy place to enjoy the beach and it’s amazing views. Our grandkids loved the indoor and outdoor pools! Couldn’t beat the 4th fireworks from the balcony! We’ll certainly be back next year!! Thanks for the great condo and amenities.

Good view, poor property

Pros: nice beds/ bedding, good location with ideal beach views. Cons: mold in bathtubs, old faucets, drains that do not plug. No toilet paper. Indoor pool was cold and very dirty. Hot tub feels like lukewarm bath. Definitely not worth the price being charged. It’s a place to put your head, but nothing spectacular.
