Every single staff member was welcoming, friendly and provided excellent service, Julian, Gabriel, Maria, Arnault, Luna, Nicolas, Francois mgr, valet, concierge, restaurant etc - nice quiet town, aside from being unable to swim in ocean first few days; the staff & facility (pool helped) more than made up for the inability to swim in ocean which had unfortunate overflow from stadium toilet.

A beautifully renovated hotel in a beautiful setting.
Our check-in was poor. Unhelpful, rude and not a single smile. The rest of the staff were lovely.
Ate at the poolside twice. Two really average salads. Two terrible tasteless filled bagels. Both were burned. Both accompanying ‘salads’ were consisted of iceberg lettuce and a cherry tomato. We laughed, other than the price.
Parking was ridiculously expensive.
Outside terrace and all public areas and pool were beautiful. An easy walk into the village.
Could have been a great stay, but unfortunately average.

"Our friends who drive us there couldn’t find anything but a parking garage with the GPS & their van couldn’t drive down into it so we gave up & got an Uber. Our Uber driver left us down at the parking garage level street, dropped us off & showed us a big flight of outdoor stairs to haul our suitcases ..."
