We spent 3 days touring in Cornwall and The Plume of Feathers was a great base. A lovely freshly made breakfast set us up for the day, and it was lovely to come back to our comfortable and cosy room in the evening. We ate in the hotel every night too - the food was delicious and there was plenty to choose from. Fabulous!

My wife and I had a very pleasurable experience at the Kingswood.The rooms were clean and the hotel was located close to everything for us. Did not have the opportunity to experience the restaurant however it looked impeccable as did the menu would definitely recommend staying at this location.

We absolutely loved staying at the Townhouse Rooms. As Canadians we appreciate friendliness and definitely felt at home with our warm and hospitable hosts. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, as well as quiet. The breakfasts were delicious with lots of fresh fruit. Also loved the afternoon cake! Would certainly recommend.

The hotel is situated in a rural area, a 10 minute walk from the nearest village. The site is peaceful, and the hotel grounds are delightful.
There is ample parking and a convenient drop-off spot for those unable to amble up the short slope from the parking area.
