The description outline a great location but it was very desolate with dirt yards in front and next to the property. Parking backs up to an alley and it's not in the best area in town. « My daughter and I loved it. Having a fire pit to use, AC that was effective, the great outdoors all around. A garage, if I needed it. Very clean— thoughtful labels of switches and things so there’s no guessing what’s what. Quiet. Extremely quiet, as the North often is outside of bigger cities like Duluth (which is still a close run for whatever.)
Big kitchen, airy main room. Comfy bed, futon was a plus— and a rocking recliner that is so comfy you don’t want to leave.

« Very spacious. The beds were wonderful and we enjoyed the retro decor. Had a wonderful girl's weekend. Would totally stay there again. Next time we would choose the downstairs apartment because my friends knees aren't so good and there were quite a few stairs. »
