The property is absolutely beautiful—the restaurants inside the resort were great, and the beach access was amazing. We especially loved the pool overlooking the ocean… such a dreamy view! The location is also a huge plus. There are plenty of food spots and shops nearby, and we loved that we could literally walk to La Placita de Santurce for nightlife and exploring. My only complaint would be the housekeeping staff. Even with the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, staff would knock very loudly multiple times, and on one occasion they even opened the door despite us saying we were okay. That part felt a bit intrusive and uncomfortable. Aside from that, the resort was clean, beautiful, and very aesthetic. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!" From the moment we stepped onto the property, the warm breezes and relaxed vibe set the tone for the trip. The room was lovely and the ocean view was unparalleled. The pool, Mahi Mahi restaurant and private beach were absolutely lovely. We found it very family friendly and loved having access to a full kitchen and washer/dryer. We enjoyed many local restaurants and excursions which were a short distance from this beautiful property. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would absolutely return. If you are Looking for a little slice of paraiso, you’ve found the right place!" They have “the over priced, privileged amenities”. If you don’t pay for it the staff treatment is 3/5\. The restaurants require RSVP food was good at the Japanese and steak restaurants. Pool average. This is not a luxurious resort. Very mediocre. We met great people and made the best of our four day stay.
