"Hotel is nice but dont expect top notch amenities. The price is cheap, the area is decent, and the hotel is dated but our room was quiet. It is a big sized room for the price."

"Beds were super comfortable, a/c worked really good in the room and there was a heat wave while we were there so that helped. Not the most updated hotel but we knew before we went and I don’t care that much about that as long as it’s clean. Which it was. Staff was friendly and helpful, the dockside restaurant has great food. Loved the cabanas by the water. Ordered a drink to our cabana and it turned out to be $40 Canadian so wouldn’t suggest doing that but just wanted to do it because I could. Location is fairly good. Not a ton of good restaurants in the area though. Dockside and the coaster saloon are my suggestions. Easy to grab a bus into town or uber. Halfway up Mission Beach towards Pacifica Beach are some good restaurants though. A bit of a walk but could rent a bike or take the bus."

"Hotel and grounds were amazing! Only problem we had were no staff controling the wild kids at the pool area, running, screaming, splashing, jumping in and out of hot tub with no one watching them, made pool area hard to enjoy."
